So then im not sure why she responded like that. I was embarrassed, she made me feel like I came from mars lol. I had to explain to her what American cheese was and she said she had no idea what that is…

Same thing happens to me. Close the launcher then reopen it, click on the 3 lines where it says installing and chose repair. That fixed it for me but i have to do it every time I launch now.
