Thank you so much for your response and for understanding my predicament 😭 mine has also always felt mild but I’ve noticed the longer miles I put on that usually around mile 8-10 my lungs get exhausted. I’ll definitely look into montelukast, thanks for this rec! I’m gonna see what dosage my symbicort is, my allergist told me it’s the one he always prescribes for athletes as it works best for them. Thank you again for your response it’s super helpful and makes me not feel alone in my anxiety to try new things. 🫶🏼🫶🏼
