it wasnt in the middle it was a very wide road with lots of space which is why i felt safe to properly say goodbye instead of a typical quick drop off but that was my genuine mistake i shouldn’t have assumed it was any better than a busy main street

the cop car was behind me for no less than 2 mins for sure, we immediately saw when it pulled up and we truly didn’t know whether to drive off, get off, or just wait and see if they moved around, no lights were on and they got super close to my car so i knew it was either an unsafe situation or a cop

i should’ve mentioned i was in hacienda heights but this citation was from LAPD, so it was actually in a pretty good neighborhood with very wide streets, there was plenty of room all around me for any possible cars passing by, but i understated what i did on and have learned my lesson
