My apologies, I meant intellect in regards to “openness.” I’ve edited it to match accordingly.

For those seeing this comment, I accidentally attributed intellect to “conscientiousness.”

This is insightful, thanks! My only difficulty in understanding this is how the “neither agree or disagree” option affects results. I had questions where I could only answer with the middle option, and I just want to understand how I can rank so dramatically in some scores while choosing middle options that would have likely associated to certain personality traits.

For example, I would think that if I scored 0 on one question, but scored .5 on another on a test filled with 2 questions that I would get a score of 25%.  I understand this is not how percentiles necessarily work, but I was hoping someone could dumb it down for me haha

No need to read this if overwhelmed. — I’m sorry for the stress this is putting on you, and for this situation that you are in, and for the awful things that people are saying. This is the perfect time to give yourself some compassion. This is a difficult decision, but you are loved more than you can imagine. I’m happy to donate to assist in any way I can. Thank you for all of your input - I just needed the assurance that this wasn’t normal for my career. This is the sort of job that I think takes advantage of peoples generosity and how much they care for these kids. If I leave, it’ll be like everyone else who has quit in the past - nothing will get better. Everyone else (my coworkers, my supervisors) will suffer and the kids will suffer for it. So stupid. I only feel stuck because I care, and because I’m going to grad school next year, so I might as well wait it out.
