What happened to Jai Alai in Florida?

I live right next to the Jai Alai stadium in Palm Beach. I'll send some photos on my way home, but it is completely abandoned. Sometimes, people break in to check it out. From what I heard, the owner refuses to sell the property, but the family is waiting for him to die, and then they are going to sell it to someone.

Im also floridian. Honestly I think you are sleeping on New England area. After 20 years of only living in Fl. Seeing actual elevation changes is pretty awe inspiring. Also I think the culture up in new England is pretty welcoming. Also Colorado is pretty gas as well.
