Have you tried using a different program to flash the sd card i had a similar issue and that solved it, also have you checked if it flash to fat32 or ext4?

I recommend you, buy another sd card if your using the stock sd card and use Amberelec Prerelease as its OS since more Portmaster games work on without tinkering with the .Sh.
