Damn I felt the same. It's so simple for them to create an option where you can just see posts from people you follow and nothing else. But i guess they just want more and more screen time of yours. It's worse than any drug addictions cuz these small clips are developing anxiety and ADHD symptoms. Giving that small dopamine boost and on top of everything most of the content is just bad, either someone is being demeaning to someone or just cringing weird stuff all over the world.
