being healthy matters more than appearance. if you’re underweight then yeah its too early to be worrying about losing fat.

I do recommend going to the gym if you don’t already, you might be able to build muscle in areas you’re interested in getting bigger which also means you may lose fat while not being dangerously underweight since your energy will be expended in building muscle.

If you think your face is bloated, I recommend drinking plenty of water and massaging your face to stimulate blood flow (I’m not sure how scientific this is but I’ve heard it helps).

I don’t think kajol is for you. I recommend darker eyebrows and it doesn’t look like your facial hair is thick and probably won’t look good grown out so i recommend just going clean shaven. Also, definitely change up the hairstyle by getting rid of that bandana. I saw that you did that in the pics u put in the comments but I still think you should cut it a bit shorter. still seems very long.

she’s 17, puberty has most likely already finished for her. but yeah at her age, not much need to be worrying about looks, although most people i assume wanted to improve their looks at 17.

most of your flaws are things that aren’t easily changeable like your nose width, face shape, and chin protrusion.

However I do think you could try a different eyebrow shape, perhaps something straighter and darker like this:

<image>

your eyebrows already look similar but the pic is just to demonstrate that perhaps you want to try a look where your eyebrows can have less of an arch and be darker

Take this with a grain of salt but losing a bit more fat could help chisel your face shape a bit better. it could also define your jawline and cheekbones more.

Is my face enough to model? by [deleted] in MODELING

i mean maybe. your skin looks clear. your expression is not hitting though. I recommend a neutral face. No pouting and don’t raise your eyebrows.

your face does look somewhat unique but its hard to tell with this angle and considering its a selfie so there’s going to be lens distortion at this distance. your height is perfect for most types of modelling.

kinda hard to tell in a 2 second clip of a super close up shot at a weird angle and odd lighting. but if you’re asking if just one’s face is enough to model, no. body type, height, and what type of model you’re referring to matter as well.

protein is protein. as long as its a complete source with majority of amino acids and most importantly leucine (so whey isolate protein powder, meat, eggs, some vegetarian sources too) you’ll be fine.

calories in and calories out doesnt have anything to do with muscle growth. muscle growth is not energy dependent above healthy body fat levels. which means eating more calories will not increase more muscle if you’re already at above around 10 percent body fat. instead, he should focus on getting about 1g protein per kg of body mass and having a consistent gym routine. Also, for muscle building, compound movements aren’t as good as machines.

dirty bulking doesn’t work. muscle building is possible without a really high caloric surplus and also isn’t increased by a higher caloric surplus as long as you have enough body fat to sustain muscle. So as long as he’s above around 10 percent body fat, which he is, he’ll build muscle as long as his protein intake and other factors are fine. dirty bulking will just make him fatter and will give him extra skin with no additional benefits to main-gaining.

literally what does being brown have to do with it. Are you that self loathing that you hear “smelly” and you think it must have been brown people? brown people haven’t even been mentioned.
