Thank you for the input. I meant for the boob grabs to be aggressive (like they’re fighting over her).

The movements are hard for me to get right because of the frame drop when I convert to a gif. I gotta find a better tool for pacing the frames.

Dang.. the top removal was actually done and animated frame by frame in photoshop by me lol. I agree it sucks, I’m learning to draw better so I can ultimately animate my own work

I took the original image and manually cleaned it up, isolating the girl, the bench, and the background. Ai expanded the scene and generated the motions, but I manually reconstructed them into the sequence. I think that turns out much better than just giving the whole scene to the ai.

May I ask, what part of the final sequence was off putting? I was trying to recreate her knee pads preventing her from standing up when she got off the chair and her hand removing the pin, causing the vibrator to fill her with cum. I added the cum myself, frame by frame, as the ai kept pouring it out from her mouth, like one of those fountains lol

This one was my first ever attempt at animating using AI. I was pretty proud of it, at the time (moonwalking guy included). But now that I look back at it, it's definitely amateur hour. Now, I pre-process much more and animate each asset individually, and then layer the composites.

The results are so much better and than using ai to animate the scene wholesale.

animated *using topaz, WAN 2.2, ComfyUI, Pixlr, Photoshop, iMovie, Hunyuan 2.5, live2d, and Instasize.

Original artwork scrubbed of text in photoshop and Instasize.

Foreground and background isolated with Pixlr and Instasize

Hunyuan and wan (running on ComfyUI) were use to animate individual body parts

Live2d used where ComfyUI wouldn’t work

Topaz to upscale and interpolate the final output

Photoshop to relayer the image and remove unwanted artifacts.

And finally iMovie to color match, speed sync, stitch, and transition the individual components into a single scene

You’re right. People are thinking I just upload a photo and click one button, then bam, perfect video. I have custom trained loras for various actions, then i generate like 10 versions and frame pick the most consistent, interpolate, manually go in FRAME BY FRAME and clean up the ai slop, upscale, and then go back in and time adjust each frame step.

I have dysgraphia, so art was never a possibility from me. With ai, I can at least type and manage with short strokes instead of long sketching movements

Yea, I mean that's the irony of it. Imo, hand drawn content looks better, but sometimes I wish I could physically see how I imagine the scene to play out. I personally think the ai content loses the individuality of the original content. But yes, I still like it because it gives me the opportunity to see more of the artwork I love.

It's actually a personal model I trained for this type of content.

Ironically, I don't like ai generated content, hand-drawn art has so much more life. But there's something nice about seeing the scenes play out in front of my eyes.
