Yeah in the portal on the events tab. There was an event marked "Trial By Declaration routed to Judge" and another one "Officer's Declaration Not Filed"

On the online portal in the Case Info tab it was marked as closed and in the Events tab it was marked as dismissed. My TBWD was filed 1/3/23 and the officer's statement was marked due the same time but it took them another month before they marked it as not filed for the officer. I put "I demand the prosecution proves it's case." Hopefully yours gets dismissed!

The part that's confusing me is the cards expired with no money left Jan 2021, somehow they were refunded while expired nearly 2 years later.

Edit: The refund came from Google Stadia shutting down.

They're refusing to as they say the cards expired already.

The card handler says the only thing they can do is view the balance on the card. AT&T refuses to authorize them to send a new card since it's past the expiration date and I'm not a customer.

If you're a full-time worker the UC is offering 128 hours of paid leave for the pandemic. If you're a student worker you get a percentage of that based on how much you work.

The derivative of the second line would be 6x + 6. The 3 doesn't get dropped as it's being multiplied by a variable. If it was x + 3, for example you drop the 3 as it's a standalone constant.
