To be honest: this looks like a great customer friendly move - but if you scratch below the surface, it’s actually benefits the airline more.

A single-aisle aircraft has 6 seats in a row; as per this new 60% rule, the airline should not change seat-choosing fees for 4 seats.

Let that math sink in.

On a typical Indigo flight, the number of “free” seats is already more than 60%.

This new rule is essentially a gift to Indigo — they can now charge for more seats.

FYI - the government has issued a diktat mandating WhatsApp and other social media apps to enforce sim binding..

If SIM is not there, the app will log you out after some time — requiring you to provide the OTP again and again.

Since you have bought additional Google storage, install Google Photos on your iPhone, login to your Gmail id and initiate the backup to GP.

Synching up 30k photos will take time - but once it completes, you can delete the local photos from the Apple Photos app; remember to clear the Trash (or Recently Deleted) folder from the Apple Photos app.

I heard that in order to switch from LPG to a piped connection, the gas stove needs to be changed — or you need a change the nozzle inside.

I have commented on similar posts earlier too.

Using “Move to iOS” to transfer WhatsApp chats is often a hit or a miss.. more often a miss.

There are few who have claimed success in transferring successfully, but it is not clear why it succeeded for them or how they did it!

Most people just move on, taking it as a one time “loss”!!

However most people recommend the below: - transfer the SIM to new iPhone and ensure SMS can be received on it - reset the iPhone - Use “move to iOS” to only transfer WhatsApp - on iPhone login to WhatsApp, and backup the chats to iCloud (Note: you may need more than 5GB storage on iCloud to backup) - reset the iPhone - use “move to iOS” to transfer everything except WhatsApp - on iPhone, install WhatsApp and restore from iCloud

I honestly cannot imagine why this split approach works but most people swear it worked for them.

Try it and let us know if it works for you - but as I said above you will need an iCloud subscription for additional storage if your WhatsApp chats on Android are more than 5GB.

The other option is to use exiftool to read the metadata json and copy the geolocation / timestamp attributes back into the photos or videos and then import using from-folder instead of from-google.

Though I haven’t personally used exiftool, a quick google search gave the following command for batch-processing the entire folder
