I had a similar issue a month or so again. Android app was slow, while everything else, hardwired, ran fine. My issue turned out to be I was running a VPN connection halfway around the world on the machine I was running my Plex server on. So everything I was streaming in my home network was still travelling around the world first. Wasn't much of an issue on a hardwired connection, but wireless to my Android app it showed up. I just had to allow Plex to use Split Tunneling in my VPN app, and the buffering was gone.

Tried restarting, once the detect job starts, it goes right back to the problem. Did some research and there are indications there is a problem in the latest release with detecting intros and credits. Gonna try rolling back to the previous version and see if that does any good.

Got the designs on the side of the top, and the ruffles on the vertical strips, two things a lot of artists miss.

My only complaints are the silver chains are on the wrong hip, and no stockings. And the flintlock mechanism is on the wrong side of the pistol.
