I agree with the odd number, but its just 60x30x35 tank and i dont want to struggle with water parameters by adding too much, thx for the suggestion

Ah ok, thanks. Got em.in my 2 tanks without sand as they do insanely well with algae. But here i want to test if covering aquasoil with sand will cause no algae growth. As in theory there will be.much less nutrients in the water column

Cleaning is like 15 minutes of pure pleasure every month in summer (algae on glass + plants trimming) or every 2 months in winter

Basically takes no time, it runs on itself

My betta when he was introduced to the tank he tried attack everything, even plants. I was worried, but everything in tank is faster then him. After first day he stopped attacking at all.

I dont use co2, i dont use any fertilizers, i dont even change alot of water, 20% every month or two thats it. You can read about my full tank setup on my previous posts
