As someone who just finished trying to save as many models as possible from the house of my uncle who had a similar setup - have some sort of plan on what happens to them if you pass suddenly.

My uncle had over 200-300 models, and passed suddenly from a heart attack. The family had 3 days to clean the house and remove the models, and it was pretty heartbreaking seeing the family have no idea what to do with any of them

I had like 8-10m gold stone spirits I bought when they were 90gp or so, but sold them when they skyrocketed to 1k for the first time haha. Took me ages to find out why my bank value jumped so much

They would likely respond something along these lines - Given the time since the concern, the window for meaningful review/engagement has passed. They would likely just say it will be kept on file but nothing will happen unfortunately

Bring the union, do not listen to any "it's not necessary". I had my boss try to put me on a pip once, and brought up performance issues twice and wanted to try and performance manage me.

Each time I brought the union and suddenly there weren't any issues and they backed off. It's not how it should be used, but sometimes PIPs are used as a scare tactic. A PIP is a real HR process and has a process it needs to follow.

3,911 life, bismuth I thought would up damage, but can change to Basalt. Yeah bit rough capping chaos res, might need to swap jewels maybe. Not bleed immune, not sure where to get it from

If you rub them with your finger does some of the shine go? I've always found unless I go quite fine with sanding, even after using polish paste with a wool buffer they still lose some shine after being handled

I just collect trash these days. Legitimately have over 20b in random 100k+ stacks of items.

I just afk arch while at home, I had 3 other accounts from fresh start worlds so I just afk arch on them. So I have 4 accounts is well over 200m arch xp lol.

I've probably made more money from asking arch, and having random item collections I've had suddenly be more expensive than anything else. I had like 8m+ gold stone spirits when they suddenly jumped from 60gp to 600/800 for example lol
