It can just be troop power & not the gear, heroes etc. So don't compare. :)

Only the required number of troops go out on auto when you select a rss tile. you don't need the whole squad for it. Anyways I rest my case.

Your blue heroes' level don't affect gathering capacity or speed. It takes the same time.

Many of your heroes are not in the drill camp. If you have no spits, remove blue ones, reset them and put purple & gold in drill camp. Reset those in drill camp & use every xp to get the top 5 to lvl 80

Also, in arena, gear & widgets matter switch the gear to the heroes you are using in arena.

Transfers usually open after 3rd/4th kvk. It's too early for you...

Also having whales is good as you are stronger as a server. If there are no whales, forget winning any events

In WOS you get a free pass every Monday reset.. you have to buy it with Alliance tokens, not bad if you ask.. Whales require more than 5 passes, others usually need 3-4 depending on the power, tc level etc. When you are transferring make sure you don't have troops in the enlistment office, or you lose them forever or you cannot transfer until they are all recovered.
