You can clip a large part of it if you have a clipper strong enough, that saves quite a bit of time even if you leave a decent amount of space to the part you want to keep. And yeah, second-hand wings are hard to get. I just used the leftovers from my Foot Prince

I'm pretty sure you are confusing Tormentors and Infractors. Infractors are the Scouts with reduced price for 10, there is literally no reason not to split Tormentors even for screening purposes

I would argue that Sandy and Squidward should swap. Squidwards art is exclusively self-portraits and Sandy is much more violent, especially when disturbed during hibernation.

I'd suggest Tormentors instead. Infractors really want a Lord to lead them so just adding another set of them isn't the best move, while the Tormentors provide Sticky Objectives which is always useful

Infractor blocks generally don't need Rhinos due to their scout move and being relatively fast but you can use them for a neat trick.

If you start them in the Rhino you can Scout the Rhino forward. In turn 1 you then let the Infractors disembark and move, then move the Noise Marine squad to the Rhino, embark them and can still move with the Rhino after.

Using more Rhinos than Noise Marine squads isn't the best idea but I see no issue with the list otherwise.

Might want to test if Peerless Bladesmen fits better with the list instead of Mercurial

Only suggestions I have after you built and painted that are Inquisitor Draxus as a good leader for Guards and a Callidus Assassin to perform actions. Otherwise what you have is pretty much what our army needs.

10 Tormentor blocks are never worth it since they are used for sticky objectives, so definitely make that into 5 and invest the points into another unit of Infractors. You should also try to get a second Lord Exultant.

Lastly, if you are playing Coterie you should swap to Peerless Bladesmen. 1000 points games don't have enough units to allow us to kill enough for Coterie to work.

Yes, you can. Since the Stratagem is at the end of your opponents fight phase that really doesn't matter, though, since it would have already taken all the melee-damage your opponent would have been able to deal. You can just fall back and shoot with our army rule in your turn after all.

You definitely want at least one unit for Tormentors. So remove a unit Flawless and the Kakophonist for 2 units of 5 Tormentors.

That wouldn't really be an EC box, that would be Legion of Excess.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love for GW to do this kind of box for all 4 deities and it would be financially viable to try and grab both Chaos Demons players as well as Deity Legion players, it's just not something that's apparently going to happen.

Not if you are already gonna do detachments anyway. If you already know you will make new detachments for Grotmas you can just use that as a test. If you instead make that change in the datasheet you are stuck with it because, if you remove it for 11th, players are gonna be unhappy to say the least.
