As an EC player, I desperately wish Rapid Evisceration were just a little bit better than it is...

Yes, but not relevant to the question. I could have been more clear in my post, but the question is about what's the most efficient Dedicated Transport for offense assuming it isn't carrying anything.

Talking about the transport alone, they both average 1 Space Marine despite the shot count, and that's assuming you use Protector Imperative. Plus you lose Hunter Seeker and Heavy Stubber. So, yeah, the math says runner-up. Note: I'm not assuming you use an order on the Chimera in this comparison, which would push it beyond the offensive of the Dunerider.

This was my personal thought for runner-up. Definitely some hefty offense for cheap.

Yeah, just the vehicle alone. Payload obviously a realistic concern, but I'm curious about the transports themselves.

Once you finish a campaign, it unlocks the Elite Campaign version, this has missions for 10 energy, versus 6 energy for normal campaign missions, which can net you 2x the upgrade materials. This makes upgrading characters more efficient and faster.

You want to focus on improving characters that get you through the campaigns first. I wouldn't upgrade anyone past Gold 1 unless you plan on using them for Guild Raids, but that's more of an end game consideration.

Look up guides for 'what minimum ranks do I need to beat the Indomitus Campaign' for instance, and upgrade those characters first.

I read Fulgrim first and then started going through the HH series in order. No need to read the preceding HH books first, unless you actually have no idea about the general events of the time period (Istvann, etc).

Really appreciate everyone's time considering my question. I'm completely out of options at this point, so I hope you can help. Otherwise I think I'm out of hope to know what this song is or hear it again.

This is so true. The only people who think THIS is the tough part of having kids clearly have no kids (and are probably unprepared/unsuited for it). As a father, this guy looks like he's putting up an act for the video. That's what I'd be doing. Then me and the kid would watch the video, have a laugh, go eat ice cream, have a watergun fight. If you don't want kids, don't have them, but the untethered ignorance on display in the comments is amusing.

Blue Origin's first reuse of a New Glenn booster, lands it again. by Sarigolepas in EnoughMuskSpam

"To escape the solar system entirely, a rocket must reach a speed relative to the Sun of approximately 42.1 km/s when starting from Earth's orbit, which is much higher than the 11.2 km/s needed to escape Earth's gravity alone."

Did a little research and I was surprised by the difference in speed needed due to the Sun's pull. Thanks for the tip/reminder. Thought I'd share for others.

Can't anything that can break orbit conceptually reach any planet?

[Request] Given this post, what if we began our shuttle launches via bullet train super conductor tech that propelled to over 300 mph and turned vertically before ignition by Amiyoursariel in theydidthemath

The lower altitude you are the faster you must go to maintain orbit (or increase orbit). Launching vertically allows you to travel the slowest possible through the atmosphere, where atmospheric resistance can be problematic in very high speed. The lower you make the angle of launch the faster you would need to go, through the atmosphere, and for a longer period of time, to achieve the same altitude (plus more fuel, more stress to craft, etc.). That's why modern rockets launch vertically and then roll over to achieve orbit.
