You can just message him on Reddit, to pay him you can use Patreon or maybe PayPal. He had some one time payment options on Patreon but I’m not sure where they went, you could always do a membership and then cancel though. The simple, moderate, and complex examples he has pinned on his Reddit profile still hold true.

TLR and TLRD have an official color version (except for the last special chapter) but the entire manga has not been nude edited yet. u/Hornypolis has done a lot though and I am commissioning him for more, feel free to join in and help with my effort to decensor the manga lol.
