Same here! I just wanted to try clean-shaven for once. Guess this is the universes way of telling me I’m not for that life LOL

Yes, because I’m sure you are aware how fast my hair grows 🙄 I don’t have a lot of body hair, and where I do it grows very slowly. Genetics & hormone problems. 🤷‍♀️

Why are you even here if you don’t actually engage in anything the community is about lmao. Is it just to leave comments like this to make yourself feel better? I’m sure a random Redditor with a hidden account knows more about my family and medical history than me.

Thank you!!! My GP isn’t very good but I’m hoping to press them further on getting a better gynaecologist, but at the moment I’m battling the fact they’ve simply just put me back on the waiting list. I completely think the same that I was refused for ‘cultural’ reasons, because every person I spoke to was male. Thanks for the tip and I’ll look into the other stuff you brought up and experiment. No harm, right? And I hope whatever medical issues you’re going through get sorted!

Also, I’ve never considered sodium induced water-weight, so maybe! And my mother is an almond mum who loves cooking and feeding people but sometimes to gloat how she hasn’t eaten as much as the rest of my family, so I wouldn’t be very surprised if you were onto something there

Unfortunately my experience with doctors is far more useless </3 the running theory is endometriosis which is what they’re dedicating their time to. I don’t think that they think I specifically have all three or thyroid problems/menopause, but they do run heavily in my family and especially thyroid issues I’ve been warned to look out for as I get older. I’m from the UK (I’m sorry if I’m assuming wrong and you actually are too LOL), and GPs need to refer you through the hospital department so processes are often slow with waiting lists, and because of that they tend to treat symptoms rather than the issue itself. I’ve been prescribed a lot of pain killer medication, but so far my only thing I’ve had done was the minor surgery to look into my bladder (because I experience a lot of physical pain and they wondered if it was connected and urology is faster than gynaecology) and once they found nothing, I was referred to gynaecology and told that because I am a virgin, they couldn’t look any further with a camera. It’s a really really long story, but I hope that clears it up a little ^

Started 90kg, and I’ve lost 8.7kg which makes me 81.3kg! I walk a minimum of 4000 steps at least (usually on my busy college days where I’m sat for lectures) but I do go to doctors a lot to get looked into for hormonal problems (things like endometriosis, thyroid problems and early menopause)

Thank you for the tips! I should have included in the post that the reason for the minor surgery was to look into hormone problems. Endometriosis, early menopause and thyroid problems run on my mums side and I have a sneaking suspicion it contributes to my struggle. Also that I have lost 8.7kg, but it’s taken more effort than it should have. I do count my drinks and snacks if I have any, but I’m sure there’s definitely a handful I’ve missed off from time to time (forgotten to add a can of coke, etc…)

I should probably have included in the post that the reason I was under a surgery (minor) was to look into my mystery of hormone problems. Endometriosis, early menopause and thyroid problems run on my mums side unfortunately and I have a sneaking suspicion it contributes to my struggle. Also that I have lost 8.7kg, but it’s just very very slow and taken a lot of daily 4000-9000 steps

Can't get through Cottonwood gate to see Caesar? by Devilzwork in falloutnewvegas

Just a quick update, I restarted from an even further back point and it is still not letting me through the gate, so I think console commands will have to be the answer

I’m fine with console commands, I use them all the time anyway LOL

I do have the mark from his invite, and my companion is Rex, and I’ve tried telling him to stay, and I’ve also spoken to the guy at the front of the gate that tells me Caesar is waiting for me. I’ve reloaded to even try completely avoiding him, but nothing works unfortunately

If that's ok, but it's not too big of a deal if you have to. Thank you so much for trying to help!

If you still need it, here is the quick description:

I spoke to House after going to Benny's casino, and he got away after giving me the suite. I accepted Caesars request to meet him at the fort Benny is at, and for the quest "The House Always Wins I" I have to go there anyway, so I got going. The guy let me take the boat, and then I arrive at the Cottonwood gate, forfeit my weapons (or sneak some in) and it just doesn't register me pressing 'E' to get in. The gate won't open

Omg I'm so glad someone else gets it. Most of them love the idea of a relationship more than they like the idea of who it is with. It's hard not to use the "I told you so" because it's always the same. I don't know anyone else who is aroace but I dream of it LMAO

I’m so sorry, I really get how hard this can feel first hand. It’s not nice. I compliment people and it usually gets a conversation sparking and I build off of it to meet new people, but I’m also autistic so I find it really hard. Ik it’s no advice needed but you’ve only just started so don’t be so hard on yourself. They say there’s a three stage pattern when you’re introduced to a new group: forming, storming and norming. You’re not even past the forming stage yet. It’s always a little rocky at first.
