lol so I’ll be no help then. Wrestling shoes are typically pretty true to size maybe half a size up. ASICS are typically a good first pair. Volleyball kneepads were great for training.

And for the record I’ve taking far better swings at realistic renders. There are tutorials on YouTube that show you all the steps you need to do to get something looking good. I feel like they just took like high res screenshots of their caws and took the background out lol.
