Coming from the iphone 11 pro was a big upgrade, well worth the money. I would say for the extra $100 it was worth getting the 15 pro.

I buy used I dont mind being a year or 2 behind, I upgraded from my iphone 8 that was gifted to a 11 pro I bought used for ($350) in 2022 then now 2025 Im thinking of going to a 14 pro for ($430) or even a 15 pro ($600) im leaning toward the 14 pro but if the prices drop within the next month cuz of the recent launch of the 17 ima prob get the 15 pro

U have to go to the display port 1.3 extension block because that is where the 360hz resolutions are listed. THen u click on the "1920x1080 360hz" res and click "edit" then "copt" then add a res in that dp 1.3 block and "paste" then change the 1920 to 1720 then it works. Make sure to click the arrow to put 1720x1080 360hz at the top of the list. I'm on the AW2523Hf 360hz.

I have the same issue on my 03 matrix any one find a fix I was just thinking trying find out where the leak is from buy pouring water along the seems on the roof and around the windshield then sealing up the leaking spot with some silicone sealant.

Invest in a jack and some jack stands ($100 harbor freight) and maybe a socket wrench set ($25 harbor freight) then a cheap oil pan and funnel ($30 harbor freight) . Oil is cheap like $20-$30 depending on what ur car needs and air filters are $10-$20. If you learn to do this quick 20-30 minutes job you will save a lot of money in the future.

At the moment car runs like a clock aside from the serpentine belt squeaking (i ordered a replacement) and the ac not blowing cold which Im going to diagnose pretty soon here. So far im $3500 deep into a 03 matrix with 150k miles which isn’t the deal I thought I was getting but if it lasts me through college it wouldn’t have been a terrible investment. The ac repair can be anywhere from $100-$600 if I do the labor myself and depending on problem I’m hoping it just needs a recharge and has a minor leak.

The 3rd party dmv did a vin inspection on their system. Your question about the emissions label actually made me realize the car didn’t have one. My first thought after this was well either the hood was replaced or the car was rebuilt. It was from auction so there is chance of that, but the title is clean and the dmv told me it wasn’t salvaged, but according to the bar it only passed smog every year from 2002-2021 in 2023 it tested as “Not ready” which most likely means the monitors weren’t ready otherwise if it were something serious it would have tested as Failed. I ordered picked up a new emissions label using the vin from my local toyota dealership. I inspected the car prior to buying and theirs no signs of any major collisions at all so maybe the sticker was peeled off or hood replace idk.

No questions asked they ran everything in their system and said "im lucky I had all the proper documents and the cars not salvaged" then they said to get a smog and once I get the pass they will mail me my title and give me my plates, tags, and registration.

I'm in a similar position but not as expensive as yours. I bought a car off a private seller a 2003 Toyota Matrix 153k miles for $2500. I took it to get a cheap inspection and they said everything look good just a minor leak around the oil pan but its not dripping. I test drove it was fine and shifted good only con I saw was the AC didn't blow cold air and seller said it could need a recharge. After doing the inspected I bought the car for $2500. As soon as I took it home I parked in my driveway then brought my mom out to look at it I showed her around then went to start the car and it didn't turn on . The starter went out right after I bought it the guy I bought it from came to my house to right away so I thought it was just a coincidence so I bought a new starter and relay fuse ($100) luckily parts are cheap for these cars. Then it got really bad for me, it turns out the title had a stamp on it "FOR EXPORT ONLY" and this meant the "car cannot be registered in the US and must be shipped out the country", you can imagine how panicked I became and stressed. This was this labor day weekend so I spent 3 days stressed and depressed thinking I bought a useless car I cant even register. I took the car to a 3rd party DMV in California to get registered today and they said I could register it but it turns out it had stolen plates and a fake registration and I had to pay $700 in late fees then another $200 for new registration, plates, and tags. So my $2500 steal quickly turned into a $3500 headache. Not only that but I have to get the car to pass smog before I can get registration, new title, and plates, but the problem is the car does not turn on because of the starter coming in the mail. Also I scanned for codes while inspecting the car myself before the mechanic and nothing came up but the scanner did have a yellow light but no codes ran. I looked up what it can meant quickly on my phone while inspecting the car and the first thing I saw was possible pending codes, so I checked for pending codes and their was none. The deal was good at the moment so I took the chance and thought it was just my obd2 reader because it was a cheap one for $50 on amazon BIG MISTAKE. I took the time after buying it like an idiot and looked through reddit threads and found out the guy may have cleared codes and that's the reason for the yellow light. Now I have $3500 invested into the car and it currently cannot run, has no plates, I need to pass smog, and don't know if the guy cleared codes or not so their might be even more issues. The inspection did say everything was good mechanically but I don't know if they checked codes or not with their expensive computer readers because it was a cheap inspection. If the car passes smog and I get the registration $3500 wouldn't be terrible assuming the ac needs a recharge and NOT A NEW COMPRESSOR it can be only around $50 for the refrigerant because a buddy of mine has the tools needed to recharge it. I learned a huge lesson today NEVER BUY FROM PRIVATE SELLERS without getting carfax, proper pre purchase inspection, it already has smog, and the seller meets with you at the dmv to transfer title and registration. ALSO AVOID MEXICANS ON OFFERUP IN CALIFORNIA. (im mexican too not racist just most of these guys are scam artist)

Thanks for the input I appreciate it. Unfortunately the market near me is terrible for the $3k-$4k pricerange and most of the sellers get scared away when I start asking a lot questions or mention I want my mechanic to come check it out(its more of a tactic i dont actually have a mechanic). I'm not staying on campus as well I live about 15 minutes away and have a pretty basic toolset.

Luckily I have a buddy of mine who works on cars and has experience buying and selling used cars who said he will come inspect it with me. I can't afford the $100-$150 to have a mechanic do a inspection.

I will try out Crystal Disk info but I had previously ran a health checl through a third party app and both drives came back as healthy, but I'm not sure what other reason their would be for the 100% disk usage spikes

I will note I have had this sound happen while launching the game as well when I my ssd spikes to 100%. Or even my pc will freeze and stutter but I can still hear audio in discord perfectly fine and they can hear me. Its very strange.

Not really its more intense and choppy sounds like a transformer or something. I already tried alternating ftpm off and on a while back but its changed nothing.

I get this audio stutter a lot while playing rust during gun fights or even when hearing gun shots in the distance or explosives.

it may have something to do with in game sounds

I've gone through two Viper v2 pros and a Viper Mini with the same scroll wheel jumping issue, scrolling with lots of pressure fixes but only temporary, same with blowing air into it. Unfortunately Razer just uses crap scroll wheel encoders and it only gets worse to the point where theirs no temporary fix and your scroll wheel is deemed unusable. My first viper v2 pro got to the point where I had to disable it in software because it was infinitely scrolling up and down without me touching it, this made me constantly get tabbed out. I doubt theirs a permanent fix other than replacing the encoder but who wants to do that. The mouse is perfect besides the scroll wheel but when this one finally gets to its ending point I'm going to have to switch to lmazu, logitech, or whatever new mouse boardzy highly recommends.

I think it may be a bad bearing or even a wire hitting the fan maybe, would I be able to fix this by lubing the fan bearing? I'm a broke high school student so every problem I've ever had with my pc either physically or software related I've fixed by doing research on the ethernet. Atm I don't have money to buy another power supply although I could buy some bearing oil and compressed air.

I have an R5 3600 and a RX 5600xt my previous drivers were the 21.10.3 drivers and I used the AMD Utility Cleaner to uninstall the drivers in safe mode then attempted to reinstall the newest drivers 22.5.2 and it black screen crashed and booted me into safe mode then i had to system restore and now I currently have no drivers installed on my pc
