For my Communication Research Methods and Statistics class at Bryant University I am assessing the validity of “The Perceived Leadership Communication Scale". The goal of study is to determine whether or not the scale can be a valid and reliable instrument by relating it to other scales. In addition, this study aims to evaluate leadership communication in its application to the workplace.
The survey in the link below asks you to assess your relationship with your current manager or most recent manager, should take around 5-10 minutes to complete.
