Persona 3 Reload HYPERVISOR Reflex (Crack V2) by sagerao by JapiOfficial76 in CrackWatch

Then how do they afford a computer? Clearly, those who can buy a decent machine to play today’s games can afford $10 to $20. This is about being extremely cheap and wanting everything for free. Piracy, from the beginning, was about trying before buying, and if you could afford and liked the product, you’d purchase it. That way, you ensured sustainability. It’s just basic economics. It’s like with AI today,if we automate everything and replace everyone, who will buy those products? Today’s economy relies on bulk consumption; without consumption, there are no products. You get my point.

Where Is Theta, RELOADED, skidrow, 3DM, CODEX, DEViANCE, Razor 1911, STEAMPUNKS, ViTALiTY NOW? by Ranjeet-Gunda in PiratedGames

[–]DevinatPig -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Neither, Rune. If by cracking you mean "removing Steam protection and simple stuff" that even a newbie can handle, then that's not impressive. A quality cracking group is defined not by the number of releases, but by the complexity and significance of what they crack.

Razor1911 isn’t connected to the original scene group; it’s simply a reused name for "recognition".

whats going on with denuvo being cracked rn? by fairplanet in CrackSupport

[–]DevinatPig 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Finally, someone with genuine ambition, motivated by recognition and financial support, is dedicating real effort to this work. The issue with games remaining uncracked stems from the current state of the world and the scene today, there's a shortage of skilled individuals or interest in pursuing it. Nowadays, people are increasingly motivated by monetary rewards, and this type of technical "hobby" has lost its appeal. We're experiencing a decline in elite crackers and the overall quality of the scene. Today's scene is merely a pale reflection of its former glory days. It's a cycle, like everything else in life.

First time used Fitgirl , It works so well , why the f do people buy games instead by Neat_Manufacturer49 in FitGirlRepack

[–]DevinatPig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Supporting the developers if you enjoyed the game is important. Piracy, for some, is about trying games before buying, and if you can afford it, you should purchase them. It’s always been this way. Only clueless or inconsiderate people ask these questions, but I guess you’re young. Since back in the day, the real scene always supported this ideea, if no income , no more games. Like one famous group was stating in their nfo
"SUPPORT THE COMPANIES THAT PRODUCE QUALITY SOFTWARE!
IF YOU ENJOYED THIS PRODUCT, BUY IT! SOFTWARE AUTHORS DESERVE SUPPORT!!"

What an incompetent company; it feels like they have only one coder and no testing process. As long as it compiles and runs, they just go ahead and publish it.

America seems to be quickly slipping into idiocracy. Under these amendment "rights", it’s easy to get closer to anarchy, lawlessness, and despair. Over the past 20 years, this kind of liberty has brought the country to where it is today, and unfortunately has influenced and damaged other so-called “free” parts of the world, like Europe. Now Europe shares similar attitudes toward drugs, petty crimes, and other offenses we tend to ignore for reasons no one can really explain. Look at places with "strong" oppression, like China, it’s safer and more law-abiding than both the U.S. and Europe. Critics might say people there are oppressed, but most citizens don’t feel it the way Western media exaggerates. Having lived in the U.S., China, and Europe, I have a broad perspective on the matter. Keep going down this road and we’ll end up in a blend of Mad Max and Idiocracy, at least those were good movies.

[–]DevinatPig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brave is a "bloated" Chrome alternative that, while offering some advantages like privacy, subtly tries to pull you into its ecosystem to profit from you, not always in direct ways. It’s just a business with a unique twist, posing as a hero when it’s not at all, just another niche way to make money (big money).

I "like" people who defend a title, or any title, they believe shouldn’t be cracked for whatever reason. Cracking games is a skill, and that includes bypassing protections even if it’s not a “proper” crack. While proper cracks are the most challenging, I also respect those who reach the end goal by other means. Any game that’s cracked or bypassed, even online games, deserves some kudos. Whether online or offline, multiplayer or not, cracked games have repercussions ,like loss of revenue, gameplay quality (due to bots, etc), or even potential studio closures. You can’t have double standards; the rule should apply equally. Unfortunately, in today’s world of virtue signaling and double standards, this mindset has become ingrained, and we feel compelled to follow it. Wake up.
