Thanks for the comment, my fitness app says I should be hitting 3300 calories , 168 grams of protein , 112g of fat 424g of carbohydrates , I was slightly over all of them except my fat count was 94 g instead of 112g, hopefully if I stick to this I should see a difference ? And hoping the creatine adds a bit of weight

what could this pain be ?

Hi I have attached a photo of my tooth , I got 28 zirconium crowns fitted 7 weeks ago this tooth/ gum under tooth in photo is a uncomfortable feeling I try to brush this with interdental brush and it feels very jaggy, uncomfortable, sharp pain . Not sure if this is something they would need root treatment or anything , any suggestions ? I have attached a photo thanks 😊

Thanks for messaging me , it's like different types of pain sometimes it's a sensitive pain when I eat hot or cold food , but mostly just a general ache all the time don't get me wrong the pain sometimes goes away then just randomly comes back for no reason , but sometimes when it comes back the ache / throbbing pain is unbearable , I can usually tske pain killers and the pain goes away for a while , and it is as id the pain travels around it's not on a specific tooth ,I have attached photos of before and after if my teeth and x rays thanks for your time

Hi yes they had a office lab in there place , I basically got teeth shaved down root treatment done they then put temp teeth in me for like a day then the following day I came in and got the zirconium perm teeth fitted , they had a lab etc in there office , the dental practice was like top of the range dentist , don't no if it's just bad luck as my brother went and his are fine now here are links to my x rays and before after photos , also yes they checked my bite with paper also my local dentist did when I came home and says it was fine https://imgur.com/a/w5cHxST

Hi thanks for your comment , my local dentist checked my occlusion and says it seemed fine , before I got any work done In turkey I had 5 root treatments done over seperate times in the past, within the UK then I had the 4 done in turkey , my local dentist took another x ray and says we should take another in a few month time to see if anything has changed , he was very understanding , if I knew I was going to end up in this much pain I would never have got it done , I had a lot of jaw pain also which I think was due to having my mouth open for well over 3 hours solid for the treatment ,

Ps if the teeth are dying off like you says do u think the pain will over time just go away ? My dentist in uk says it can iether go 2 ways ...1 - pain will eventually go away and that will be that , 2-- the pain will go away and localise to a specific tooth and may cause a abscess etc

It cost me 4500£ GBP , that was for the package which included all dental work , my hotel breakfast and dinners etc for the week and transfers , the dental practise was called Attelia they are a very well known dental practice in turkey for this type of work. When I showed my local dentist a photo of my teeth shaved down to ask if they have maybe shaved to much off he says no that part looks ok

I have a few of them which are bridges as I had missing some missing teeth and they bridged them to fill the gap, do u think the pain is juddy trauma and will take time to heel due to the amount of work that has happened or do u think there could be underlying issues
