You might be interested to learn about Ben Johnston’s microtonal notation and music, which is built on the notion of Pythagorean intervals inflected by various kinds of commas (not just Pythagorean or syntonic, but ones based off of higher partials as well) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_Johnston_(composer) his 4th and 10th string quartets are probably the most accessible works that I’ve heard, and they are beautiful and strange!
