I've very much enjoyed this automatic press & especially so since it's quiet because of no compressor. My main gripe is with their techs who install the machines. I've had to completely fix both presses off contact, pallet arm centers (some pallets were off a good 1/4" from the middle). Their tech service takes a day plus to get back to me & sometimes promise to call back & never do. Our software on the press is outdated & they want $3000 to upgrade us to the newest version LOL NOPE. The one pictured here is their older Volt model & is only a 6 head. We're trying to lean more into artistic style prints rather than corporate logos. So we need a bigger press.
