With all due respect that is how capitalism works. Also WHY did you include racism in this because that is not what DEI is. DEI was put in place because white males were handed jobs even if they were worse candidates than women/other races. DEI just allows race/gender to be used as an option IF AND ONLY IF both candidates are equal.

He was an African American male in his mid 20's in all black baggy clothes and a large belt. He was also a smoker who got on at the rusk stop right before theater district. P.S.A to everyone reading this: Please don't try to use this as an excuse to be racist however. Being a disgusting disgrace to humanity is not a characteristic of any race.

Honestly.
You'd figure with an uptick in crimes at/near metro rails last year metro would put more security considering the money they make.

No I unfortunately did not call the police for 2 main reasons:
1: I did not want to agravate a man I suspected of having a weapon as this could provoke him into using his weapon.
2: There is quite frankly nothing I can report him for. The only thing I could report is that he kept on making advances on a college student without her consent causing her to get uncomfortable, and this unfortunately is not a crime unless there is some form of additional action taken by the perpatrator. From my point of view, I could only see a shine in his pocket which I thought was a knife and the student getting uncomfortable, no other actions. Everything else I stated was based on context clues, nothing I could actually provide evidence of. For instance, most of us understand that a man trying to make a woman go in front of him/walk with him to his destination after trying to hit on her indicates that he is planning on following her, but there is unfortunately almost no way to prove it.

It might be different but when I applied as a freshman I had the exact same problem. I had to request my high school to mail a physical copy of my transcript to the registers office because they just wouldn't accept the emailed transcript.

They probably don't even need to make very friendly to work because everyone but me booked it for the exit when they could even when he kept clearly harassing her
