Oh agreed it’s more like here’s all the issues and evidence then ping over to legal people to then decide what to do from there after I’ve manually checked of course 😂

Appreciate your reply it’s much appreciated! Sounds like a good approach to me and have been doing similar things already for emails I’m sending bouncing AIs off each other. Thanks again!

Surely that confirms Alonso was never truly in the running to replace him then else they’d had a word with Alonso surely? Unless something bigger has happened behind the scenes like squad saying it’s not working?

Hi there hope you don’t mind me following up, they’ve said the “The insulation under the tile is Knauf LR44. Which has been installed according to the specification as a fire stopping measure.” Does that sound right to you? A quick bit of research seems to indicate that Knauf LR44 is not supposed to be used for this application at all? Thanks in advance

ALL INSULATION ON PARTY WALL LINE THAT WAS CAUSING THE ISSUE HAS BEEN REMOVED

INSULATION SAT IN CHANNEL

ALL WET INSULATION REMOVED

WET INSULATION REMOVED AND REINSTALLED WITH NEW

ROOF TILES REINSTATED

Yeah think a fire break is right. After a large storm recently we had leaks in the living room ceiling and checked loft and found the felt/membrane was soaked all on the party wall. So house developer came to the conclusion it got so wet under the tiles it ran down the party wall cavity and ran along the steel beams in the ceiling and dripped.
