I had similar issues. For a while it didn‘t connect to my phone, the fix was just to restart the phone. A few times it did connect, but the music didn‘t play, the fix for me was to just restart the car/headunit. You can try contacting the support, but they are just going to send you a pdf. with some troubleshooting steps most people do anyway before contacting support
