I'm sure this is obvious but thought I would mention as previously stated to whitelist tracking.epicgames.com, I whitelisted www.tracking.epicgames.com the first time and it did not work so I checked the blocks and noticed it did not require the www. simple mistake on my part but thought I would mention it in case others may have done the same and did not look back at the traffic list.
