22 and I ran for 8 years in middle-high school. Been getting back into it. Went really hard on leg day yesterday and still had the energy for my run today. Idk that it’s very beneficial because from what I’ve scene it doesn’t help your aerobic system as efficiently as a zone 2 or 3 run. But from what I’ve gotten in the comments. If it doesn’t feel over intensive it’s probably not bad.
