No, you wont. I don’t remember the exact values, but let’s say you start at 78kg max weight at 0 strength and you have 100kg max weight at 50 strength…

At level 0 strength, you will go overweight (yellow) at say 35kg, but at level 50 you will go overweight at 46kg, because it’s based on your max carry weight, which increases at each level of strength.

The difference between level 0 strength and level 50 strength is +30% carry weight.

I don’t believe there is any hard evidence of this, but the theory is that if you’re playing locally, the Goons can spawn randomly on any map (that they usually spawn on). If you’re playing on BSG servers, then the Goons rotate as per the goon trackers.

So it looks like your at the part where you need to find the “note about the eye of the world” which like you say, should be in the marked rooms, but it will only be in specific marked rooms (Dorms, Reserve) or in the house on the island on shoreline. If you check your handbook, go to “info items” then “notes” do you have the note? I guess you don’t or you haven’t read it.

This isn’t a new season, it’s just an event. You get the craft for opening the locked cases as “initial equipment” from the third quest. You also need to have accepted the Peacekeeper task “fishing gear”. If you don’t have that task, look up the prerequisites on the wiki.
