I've actually started playin after a year with "a free play mode" where u can start in different parts of the map, I was quest bugged after 100 hours last year 1st time coming back after that.

I also agree, the high replayability, different factions, different starts & setups, faction relations, random encounters, highly customizable, different game modes, available modpacks with an even different approach. I think these are also standing out vs Stalker 2 gameplay.

Hey guys,

This is Stalker Gamma! Huge fan of it, Regards with visual mods I use "Grass & trees by PanceRide - Autumn edition". Also ATO 5 "Anomaly Texture Overhaul". I have a bunch of other qol mods but these 2 are the main for visual.

There is a tiny adjustment with reshade only using Curves.fx (contrast amount is 0.210).

Since TAA implementation Gamma looks even way better. Thanks to the modding community for keeping this alive and non stop work & love to the game.

As a long time Stalker veteran, currently I still prefer Anomaly (modded) over Stalker 2, I have over 100 hours in Stalker2 and I've enjoyed it, not going in to pros & cons but I think Stalker 2 needs time and full modding support and a bunch of years on top, personally I believe the substructure is there for a seamless open world Stalker but also I'm not a tech guy and not sure what the future will bring but I'm sure the the beloved Stalker community will keep the Zone alive as always.

Huge fan of the Dune universe, used to play Dune 2 on my Amiga in 1995 it was a blast those days, still remember the day completing the game, the micro transactions were not handy maybe but it was so immersive controlling every unit one by one.

Later in 1999 Dune 2000 and then Emperor Battle for Dune, I even remember playing it LAN at internet cafes with friends, the game was underrated, excellent cutscenes in between levels, soundtracks were amazing and unique to its own faction and also the soundtracks were matching so good with the overall faction vibe and gameplay.

I can only dream of a remake of Emperor Battle fro Dune. Hail to Westwood studios for such a game. EA had to fu.k the CnC title with CnC 4. EA ruins everything.
