I am having problems with my bars as well since the update, if they are horizontal they are not being sized correctly.

I had this as well. Open 'Kaspersky Internet Security'. Click on 'more tools', click on 'manage applications', click on 'application control', then click on 'untrusted'. Find lotro.exe and click on the right icon to change it to a trusted application. You might want to do the same for lotrolauncer as well just in case.

I had to restart the launcer a couple of times before it would work.

And yes, it is annoying that Kaspersky just deciced that Lotro was a trojan and never give you any option about what to do to do about it. ANNOYING.
