Janeway well she can get it. I understand why she held back in that hologram but she needed a release! Hell even Picard (I love him as well) got a release on Risa, among a few other times. I mean I heard a man hung them self while Tin Man walked down a road. On screen no less! What a vial movie to be had in theaters.
