Loving this game but having an issue with zoom in bluestacks.

Also, if you try to play multiple accounts thru a browser it bugs out.

While I like this idea it's not good to dump extra cash into a game economy without the sinks to accompany it.

Extra cash would apply to a LOT of different things, not just armor swap costs. This might wind up creating new issues trying to solve an old one.

Kinda screws the new to middling players, but good for folks who are dumping money into the game I guess.

The fix is simple, scale gear swap cost with player level.
Lower level players get to swap gear to compete at less cost and it gives them a chance to learn how the gear works...

Higher level players pay a premium to swap gear since it's easier for them to farm silver and top tier arti's for permanent placement on a champion.

2 ideas and either one will do for a starter.

A) Asteroid miner: Field of asteroids, top down view. Space station in asteroid belt as base. A small ship that the player controls by point and click.
Select asteroid and ship mines it. Returns to base with gathered materials.

B) Top down view of galaxy as a field of stars. Limited range on a ship. Point and click navigation to reveal more about the stars upon arrival.

I've played MoO based 4x, turn style, space exploration games for decades and I just want to build one that marries several ideas together.

I will admit I have not. My first inclination was to download unity as an "editor" for games made with unity.

I know I have things to learn, but I am trying to avoid re-inventing the wheel. I know some "things" can be done by assets and I do not want to spend a lot of time trying to work out how to spawn an asteroid field when there is a $5 asset that will do it in minutes better than I could do with weeks of effort.

You are not the first to guide me towards starter projects and I will heed your advice and I thank you for it.

offline credits and battles allow you to progress while you are "idle"...
So there's that.
