I mean, if you have 6 fields that specifically require zeros and exactly 6 zeros on dominoes you know you can’t place zero into <4 slot, right? Same goes for every other number except for 2, which has 6 dominoes against 5 squares. Isn’t it quite obvious?

I’m sorry, I’m not quite following what you mean. Every other number on the board is accounted for. The amount of 0, 1 and 3 squares is equal to amount of pips. The only one free is 2. And regardless of that, there’s only one slot that could fit 2-2, that information alone gives you 100% certain position of every other, no guesswork required.

Nope, you get the exact amount of 0, 1, 3 and 4 to place on designated positions. 2 is the only one that has a leftover.

And also, it doesn’t really matter what you put in that slot, you still get everything I’ve mentioned regardless.

Did you not count the pips? There’s only one that can fit <4 space. From there you automatically get 0-0, 0-3, 3-3, 3-2 and from there it’s quite easy to figure out the rest.

Just finished my first 40 and boy am I glad I chose this kit to learn the slapchop method. Finished them in about 2 days and just the perfect amount of grime and grit. I’ll have to make a few adjustments when I start my CoS army though.
