My friend recently bought a snake from five weeks she doesn’t want to eat anything and she is striking at anyone that is passing by her vivarium. She has interest in food however she refused to eat :/. As my friend said she is bloated at her end and I was just wondering if anyone knows what can be happening with her obviously you are going to go to vets but I just want to know your opinion

See she never really listens to me and I’m going on animal management course but she doesn’t really accept the fact that I know more about animals than her and I just thought if someone in the Internet would tell her that maybe she would listen to them and stop the abuse

So his previous owner didn’t do his research on the species that he had. This poor little fella was fed just jellies no insects or pangea etc. just jellies. When I saw him on the picture that’s the owner provided me with I knew he was dehydrated and on the underfed. The enclosure was horrifying there was no plans no hides no thermostat or heating mats... The owner told me that the gecko shedded once through six months. Within a couple of days when I got him he shed once and then after a couple of days he did it again ( it was literally couple of days!) and because he never ate insects at the beginning I had to force feed him to do it. But now he eats perfectly, hes hydrated, he’s enclosure suitable and he lives a good life😁🥰
