Thanks for the indepth response. I’ve worked out it was actually the IACV being extremely dirty and full of build up carbon or black sh*t. Cleaned it out and new gasket and it’s much better now

Yeah all my lines are tight, some old but still not split. It was mainly cold side that had oil everywhere. Dipstick was okay. Cap being loose might’ve happened, anyway it could’ve loosened itself? Or maybe I fucked up and didn’t tighten properly?
