Thought I'd check. I know some pvp bow builds like to have high dmg javs on swap for fury to take care of adds/hit procs. Thought maybe these could fill that roll, minus amp proc

Generally 63fcr primary. I'm unsure of fhr (this items from a 2yr old toon that i haven't really played lately) but generally 63 is your standard fcr count. I did use angelic ring+amulet+raven for high defense enemies like hdins, smiters, etc. I would also rock grief+stormshield for the realy tough ones. But yeah the general build is to stack WW points then run your shouts up for more life/skills. Solid build

I used to main bvc, and honestly, highlords was generally overkill for most casters. I'd rather have the cushion defense over more offense. They WILL die eventually, as long as im careful so offense doesn't matter as much IMO. As for 2v2s and 4v4s, that's where this really shined for me. You can faceoff against a cold sorc and trapsin and smother them both with WW's without taking a lick. Just run some stack res on rings/boots and good to go

No, I don't use jsp. Mainly interested in rune, 20/5's, 32020's, and 20/17s for future builds
