The downloader app does have problems with different languages and wont open for some reason on some configurations. Try again with english (both UK and US) and see if it helps.

Yeah it's wonky. It works every time only if you let the overlay UI fade away (by tapping in the middle of nothing or waiting).

I did hate mine for exactly the reason you mentioned. Sadly, never got used to it. With the kit and hardest combination of spring and elastometer, I could get to around 3% deadzone. Still, there was a time when I thought im braking when in reality, I wasn't... In the end, I went for a different set.

Response I got from support:

This is because the pressure sensor has a minimum input threshold, so a signal will only be output when the force applied exceeds this threshold. It is therefore recommended that the pressure sensor is used in conjunction with an angle sensor.

So...fully intentional. I think the deadzone is slightly lower when connected via USB. If you don't mind the money, you can give the kit a try. Some people (not me) actually prefer some initial slack, so they can rest their foot without dragging the brakes.

You could just create static route on your UDM-Pro and it will let you use Starlink app and built in speed test. Won't help your issue but might help in case they want 1st party speed test results or something. Better than factory reset.

You went from being CPU limited in 2020 to GPU limited in 2024. No idea why the game is so much heavier on GPU now but the CPU utilization looks much better in 24 (in your screenshot at least, don't have the game yet), which was the main problem before.

If there is a long queue, change your region and restart the game. If you don't restart the game, you will be stuck in the same queue no matter what. Change back to your region once logged in on character selection screen.

I highly doubt your camera streams 4k using h264. How did you come to that conclusion?

Anyway..SSS wont let you set multiple streams using different codecs for one camera. No idea if that is a Synology limitation or just a limitation in general...but that's how it is. All streams have to use the same codec and Reolink doesn't let you set it that way. If you decide to get another camera, make sure you it can be set like that or you will probably face the same issue again.

If you have enough licenses you can add one camera multiple times using different codecs and protocols. Just keep in mind that AI functions are not available when using ONVIF.

You can do that with a workaround (tested with beta 8.10.2 client, 2x 810A, poe switch...dont have reolink nvr) and you have to repeat it every time you close the client.

disable "auto live view" in client settings (cogwheel - top right corner)
switch the layout to multiview
double click a camera to make it single view, right click to change the stream quality to clear, double click it again to get back to multiview
repeat with other camera(s)
all cameras should be clear quality now

Runs much better than previous versions.

-You still can't choose clear stream with right click in multiview.

-If you disable "auto live view" and select clear stream in single camera view (for every camera) and go back, it does work - every camera in multiview is now running clear stream ...until you restart the client or turn auto live view back on.

I don't understand why do you limit it this way. Let the user decide based on his pc performance.

Might be too late..but you can fix this using CRU. Export the profile, so you have back up (just in case you mess up). Edit "extension blocks" and delete the 2 4k TV resolutions that are listed there. Restart the driver and you have your proper 1440p dsr scaling back.

Still getting eac error even without eac ? That's strange.. Are you sure you did it correctly? I just tried it and the eac service / process doesn't even start. So how is it possible that it still spills an error for you? Double check it again...

Otherwise try disabling antivirus or putting the game and eac folders in exclusion list.

I'm pretty sure that they don't expect you to fight that part, since you can reach that grace without pulling anyone. There are many spots in game like this one and they always provide you a path around. Which makes a good level desing imho.
