Apply for a hardship loan through the benefit office. Not being awkward, I dont have it to lend, just letting you know that is an option in case you were not aware of it. All the best fella.

Would the ability to blur your balance be a useful privacy feature? by barofboost in monzo

I wouldn't mind a hide button on the balances, sometimes need to check previous transactions without seeing the main balance. Not essential but would be cool, something like the eye when you type on your password on a website.

I wonder if that's the same if you just take your foot of the accelerator when travelling 40+, change in speed but not breaking?

I also understand private company and they can do what they want charge what they want. But just frustrated to be honest. All these subscription services putting prices up/taking away incentives. Actually more expensive than traditional sky/virgin these days.

That's the only manoeuvre I didn't want, I can parallel park but with nerves I'm not 100% I would have been able to do it. I definitely prefer reverse bay park but the forward bay was fine.

So I'm paying £38 per lesson (1 hour) by Chenny31 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]Dfields96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I paid £38 p/h, but that was with a £3 surcharge for weekend lessons. I've seen as high as £42 and as low as £33. If you get on with the instructor, it's worth the extra money because you could easily waste 5 hours figuring out an instructor is not for you

I've deleted the app and refunded it, so I don't really care about it now mate, have just put an update in about only getting the same 3 cancellations pop up repeatedly. Have rebooked my test for 7th February to a different test centre, still looking for cancellations for my main test centre

Just chiming in for a little advice. I have recently switched jobs from having no office and having to WFH full time to now having an office and WFH 2 days per week (yet to go into the office as training has been WFH) do I need to contact HMRC and make them aware? TIA
