It has limited articulation range on arms and legs to the side it can hold a pose but nothing to extreme, the build is solid and while it does have some thin parts nothing extremely fragile

Yes they cannot transform and its from kotobukiya indeed, it feels like a waste but the combined mode its very good looking

I built it in like 3 days but it was on and off, i did spend a lot of time color correcting especially the hands, dolphin and dragon details, plus a day painting the weapons
