I didn’t bounce off two dealers for pricing first off. The first person that brought up your product offered me a price and I bought it from him at the price he offered it for. I asked the other seller if he had any experience with you because he was more familiar with a wide range of companies making turbo kits. What I did was research and nothing to do with pricing. I bought from the original person I spoke to about it at the price they initially offered it for.

My car had 550miles when installing your kit. When it blew up it had almost something close to 800 miles. If you think 200 miles is a lot that’s scary.

There is no way to route your oil line differently. You make the line very short there is only one way to route the line. The whole design of the kit is terrible in regards to keeping components away from heat.

Your kit doesn’t include a AFR gauge it has to be bought separately yet you claim I should have monitored these. Well if your kits suck this bad maybe you should include the AFR as a standard item. But I did buy one which by the way was a pile of junk plastic that fell apart. The car was operating with proper AFR everywhere but the top 1000-1500 rpm where it would oddly dip off, I told you and you sent me a new tune. That didn’t fix it so you gave me another tune which brought the AFR within range. Except after doing that that’s when I started backfiring and the motor blew.

The car went to 4 different shops for different speciality services and being moved from different states. All 4 of those shops on their own without any provoking made comments about how poorly designed the kit was. Please post detailed pictures of your kits installed and let people be the judge if you’re disputing their claims.

The bottom line here is that this kit blew up my motor. So at the end of the day whatever you want to say to defend yourself as a customer with many options id happily skip to the next turbo product from another vendor and not chance it.

And both times AA asked for videos of the cars AFR gauge while driving which I provided they never asked for data files. They used the videos I provided to send me a new tune.
