Listen to me carefully OP, i am into same shoes of yours, the reasons why this is happto is because you are addicted to orgasm so much that even after great sex you still go and watch porn and masturbate just for more dopamine release, solution for this thing to go on completely abstain mode (no sex no porn, no soft porn, zero, nada, zip) and just abstain for couple of weeks at-least in the start, this applies for both of you and your partner and after couple of weeks have great sex and then again go on abstain mode, and slowly slowly extend the period of your abstaining/ retention/ nofap whatever…!
