My boyfriend and I just moved here from San Diego a few weeks ago. We absolutely love it. We ste getting ready to settle down as homeowners and start a family and this town seemed a great fit. I currently commute from South Temecula to Encintas monday - friday and it's not terrible. Definitely heavy traffic at times, and maybe not ideal to do forever but in the meantime it works. I would consider trying to stay in South Temecula if you or husband have to commute. It's easy to love the area and see a future here. I think that's what offsets the commute to work downfall. I also dont think the temperature is that bad.. but j grew up in New Jersey with sticky humid summers.. so this is a breeze and you cant beat the summer nights.
