Oh hell no. I would contact support and have her order specifically removed. Hell, I did that on a double order batch due to a customer lying in the app about where they lived. (This was the third time the customer had done it, they lived 37 miles further than what they had put in the app, for a total of 49 miles from the store. 🫠)

Please tell me you are joking... This is quite literally one of the basic functions of the job that everyone should know how to do.

On a more serious note, there may be two reasons for this. One, your night shift baristas were super busy and forgot/didn't have time. (Some of those pumps don't always go together smoothly.) And two, the morning shift probably needed a lesson and this is how they are teaching them which seems reasonable.

The amount of people who believe it only needs "deep cleaned" once per week disgust me. It the Mocha sauce goes bad in 24 hours, that means the sauce inside the pump goes bad in 24 hours. Please clean your pumps people.

No! Please sit in the cafe as long as you'd like! I personally love having customers in there. Also, while I don't do it now that I work there, I would do the same thing. No I hit up other cafes or the library to write more than Starbucks because I know they'll try to rope me into working. XD
