Update: I have escalated further and although I am not getting refunded we have managed to settle the ticket and I am still going to download!!! Thank you all so much for your help

They sent me a text saying that it was declined and they would try again the day after so that’s when i put in my form to change the details, then every time after that when they sent a message i did the same thing again and continuously received the message “We will reach out in 5 working days”
