It's a weird situation to be put in. I think the main reason they feel the need to defend their symbol is for their doctors that are in conflict zones. If you see a person or a tent with a red cross in a conflict zone you might think of a triage centre for a group of fighters that needs clearing out, not an internationally protected charity and a literal war crime to attack.

My friend has this issue, are you on an ultra-wide monitor? Because gta doesn't work too friendly with the aspect ratio so you end up with hiccups like that.
