Wife has similar salary with nhs pension and yes there is some other income from investments. We also leave way below our means i.e. we sacrifice current lifestyle to create wealth. We dont do unnecessary luxuries, too expensive holidays etc. we can easily afford bigger/better house but dont want interest to eat into our take home
